"Membership" Terms & Conditions

Membership entitles the user to (1) Lunch AND  (1) Dinner per day from any menu at any Houston Local Foods location per available day, per registered Member. Each meal includes (1) Appetizer, (1) Entrée, (1) Dessert, & (1) Non-alcoholic Beverage per Member. Any additional meals or items for other guests on the order must be paid at the time of purchase. Membership privileges are not applicable toward alcohol, retail items, or catering.

Membership is only valid at any Houston area Local Foods location & LFM - Rice University, and is not transferrable to anyone not assigned as the designated recipient. Misuse or abuse of this policy may result in the cancellation or revocation of Membership privileges.

Membership is valid only for the month of January 2026, and will expire on January 31, 2026.

Membership benefits are only applicable to orders placed in-store or over the phone, and are unable to be applied to any Online, Delivery, or 3rd Party delivery orders.

Members must provide their personally assigned PROMO CODE at time of purchase. 

Local Foods Group reserves the right to refuse Membership to anyone, and Membership may be terminated at any time at the discretion of Local Foods Group.

Membership does not include gratuity for our staff. We are happy to apply gratuity through Gift Cards at your request.
